Minimum Requirements:

  • Triple net lease, with 10 to 20 years of irrevocable lease payments, from an investment-grade tenant responsible for:
    Property or equipment rent.
  • Payment for maintenance, repairs and real estate taxes.
  • Irrevocable payment guarantee from Moody’s or S&P investment-grade source or tenant.
  • $10 million minimum funding.
  • Amortized term loans of 3 to 15 years.
